This policy explains what information The Pinnacle Group collects through this website (www.pinnacle-fp.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Pinnacle Group is based in Aurora, Illinois. Pinnacle Private Wealth® is a marketing name used by Pinnacle Financial Planning. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean The Pinnacle Group and Pinnacle Financial Planning.

Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to share it:

• Clarity Call intake form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the answers you choose to give about yourself and your goals (for example, what best describes you, your primary goal, an approximate net worth range, whether you work with an advisor today, how you heard about us, and any notes).
• Clarity Starter Kit waitlist: your first name and email address.
• Scheduling: when you book a call, you do it on Calendly, which collects the name, email address, phone number and answers you enter there.
• Chat: the chat window on our site, an automated AI assistant, is provided by LeadConnector. If you use it, it collects what you type, which may include your name, email address and phone number.
• Calls and email: anything you share when you call or email us.

The "Leak Score" quiz runs in your browser. Your quiz answers are not sent to us unless you then fill out one of the forms above.

Information collected automatically

Our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. The LeadConnector chat window and Calendly may use cookies or similar browser storage to work properly.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• respond to you, and prepare for and hold the conversation you asked for;
• send you the Clarity Starter Kit or other information you requested;
• improve our website and services; and
• meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and talk with you: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), LeadConnector (chat), Calendly (scheduling) and Google (fonts). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you shared with us through this website, or to stop contacting you. Call us at 815-486-0722 or email advancedplanners@pinnacle-fp.com. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out of future messages.

You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some features, such as the chat window or scheduling, may not work without them.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, and this site is served over HTTPS. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers or similar sensitive details through the website forms or chat.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as YouTube, Calendly, news publishers and drpat.co. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
